Melanie A. Marotta Melanie A. Marotta is a visiting assistant teaching professor in English and gender, sexuality, and women’s studies at the College of William & Mary. Marotta’s research focuses on American literature (in particular African American), young adult literature, the gothic, science fiction, and gender studies.
